We turn your mission into clear, actionable decisions that solve real problems for real people.
Having a human-centered lens has allowed us to understand how we can position your product to solve pressing issues, what benefits your users can expect from you, why they should support you, and the impact you can make to society as a whole.
This makes us the best team to help you bridge the gap between social impact and engagement, so you can create more meaningful connections and drive towards social good.
To create an experience that caters to your users’ needs, we need to understand their context first.
We kick-off our interface design process by conducting in-depth user research to discover who your users are, how your product will be used, and what needs they’re looking to meet.
We piece together all our findings from user research and observation to come up with an actionable design challenge that our team will focus on solving. A solid awareness of the problem will bring clarity and focus into the design space and serve as our springboard to an efficient ideation process.
During this phase, our team starts visualizing and mapping out how the design will work to align your goals with the needs of your users and the app or website’s technical capabilities. We look beyond typical problem-solving methods to come up with a better, well-designed, more satisfying solution for your users.
We collect all the information from the initial stages to produce a scaled-down version of the product. This helps us determine how the users will respond to the app, uncover new issues in the design, and find out if the solutions developed can generate the engagement we want.
The final stage of our process involves generating user feedback from interacting with our prototypes. Testing allows us to gain a deeper understanding of the user problem and environment. This will point us back to the initial project stages as we generate new ideas and new insights on how the problem can be solved.
FuseChange puts your users’ needs front and center, focusing on designing usable, delightful and efficient experiences in creating socially impactful solutions.
We believe design can impact and rewire people’s behavior, decision-making processes, organizational structures and perceptions of the world.
More importantly, a well-designed user experience has the potential to not only influence behavior but also lead and transform societies for the better.
Our user-centered UI / UX solutions can help you connect with your end-users and convey your purpose better, while fully adapting to your users’ environment, needs and motivations.
Creating Empowered Users through Impactful Design
UX / UI design is more than just making rough sketches of your interfaces. It’s about improving the overall experience of people who engage with your website or app.
With improved experiences, your users are moved towards making valuable contributions, empowering them to donate, participate or join your initiatives.
At FuseChange, we take time to understand the “who” and the “why” of usage, and this helps us ensure that we are developing digital solutions that your users truly need.
GreenscoreSustainability is a big challenge in our current society. In our day to day activities, we have very limited time to think about the impacts of our actions. This eventually creates bigger cascading effects in the long run on our environment. GreenScore is an...
User Flow vs. User Journey
User flow and user journey are tools used to describe your product’s story from your user’s perspective. While often used interchangeably, these concepts focus on different aspects of a design.
The user journey maps out the visual journey of your user across the website or app. It offers a big-picture view of your user’s interaction with your product, taking into account not only the steps a user takes to get to the desired action but also their emotions, their challenges and their wins. Overall, the user journey visualizes the relationship between your users and your product across different channels.
User flow focuses on your user’s movement and how they navigate across your website or app, outlining the series of steps they take from entry (e.g. home page) down to conversion (e.g. sign up, donate, etc.) The user flow is typically broken down into individual steps, and this allows us to effectively move them towards a specific action during the flow.
